In order to ensure that both employees and collaborators of the company and stakeholders have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of the anti-corruption management system, every worker can file complaints and reports in relation to facts and happenings of the nature of abuse, offense or illegality that occurred in the workplace or related to it. management of strong and weak currents, insulation and accident prevention safety. The validity of the internal procedures and our organization have allowed us to obtain the Moditech quality system certification from the CSQ in compliance with the ISO 9001 Standards. Furthermore, MODITECH SRL establishes, pursuant to the regulatory provisions on the subject of the c.d. whistleblowing applicable to it, specific provisions on the management of reports of unlawful conduct or significant irregularities, in particular, pursuant to the Code of Ethics, and the supplementary measures of the latter regarding the prevention of corruption and the UNI ISO 37001 standard: 2016.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"37001-150x101-1\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t

In order to ensure maximum transparency of its business processes and reduce the risk of corruption as much as possible, MODITECH SRL makes available to its employees and collaborators in any capacity the possibility of sending anonymous reports of illegal acts, using the below reported form which, following completion, will notify the competent corporate functions via an anonymous e-mail.<\/p>\n\t
